Our mortgage banking department is made up of a top notch team of underwriters, closers, funders and a secondary marketing department that all focuses on you, our customer. We underwrite all types of loans on site at our corporate office including FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, HECM, Non-QM and more. Our operations team is 100% centralized out of our 21,000sq ft corporate office in Dallas, Texas. This allows team members to interact and literally walk over to another team members office when necessary. We accept both LP and DU and strive for a less than 48hr underwrite. Closing documents typically go out the same day as you receive a CTC with our on-site closing and funding department. You can manage your pipeline and lock and price loans through our platform operated in partnership with Optimal Blue.
